The Pool Service Technician is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting residential in-ground pools. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.

We are currently hiring multiple technicians as we expand our service operations.

• Perform weekly pool maintenance and cleaning

• Test and balance pool water chemistry

• Open and close residential pools (seasonal services)

• Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation)

• Identify repair needs and communicate findings to management

• Maintain service vehicle organization and equipment

• Provide professional and courteous communication with homeowners

• Document services performed and report issues accurately

• Prior pool service experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

• Knowledge of pool systems and equipment (Pentair experience a plus)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Strong work ethic and punctuality
